Either party may terminate an engagement by giving written notice.Upon termination, we shall deliver any work product completed to date and you shall pay for all services rendered up to the date of termination. The provisions governing intellectual property, limitation of liability, and confidentiality shall survive termination.

We reserve the right to terminate our relationship with any client or terminate access to this website at our sole discretion if the client's conduct is abusive, fraudulent, or otherwise in breach of these terms.

8. Australian Consumer Law

This Terms of Service complies with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) as set out in Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth). Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude or limit any rights or remedies available to consumers under the ACL that cannot be excluded or limited by agreement.
